In 2026 the email is not “can you quote the site.” It is “site, the deck, and a set of cuts — can we put that on one PO?” Three things. They want one number. That stacked number is the whole point of this card.
Total = (hours A + hours B + hours C) you type × hourly floor. Add the three clocks first. Then multiply once. Nothing else is multiplied. There is no buffer on this card. There is no share-off. There is no cap. The same hourly number you already set on the hub still comes from target income, weeks you can actually bill, and a tax share you choose there — not here. This adder does not reprint that tax slider. It is not a 50-state sales-tax table. Dollars are labeled USD so 14 × $90 reads as $1,260. Worked USD: (8 + 4 + 2) × $90 = $1,260
First preset: hours A 8. Hours B 4. Hours C 2. Floor $90. Sum: 8 + 4 + 2 = 14 hours. Product: 14 × $90 = $1,260. Line A is $720. Line B is $360. Line C is $180. Those three products add to the same $1,260. That is the invoice if you say yes to all three on one PO. It is 14 hours at the floor. It is not a W-2 comparison, not a 30% tax share, and not a marketplace take-rate.
Second preset: same 8 and 4, you typed 0 on line C. Sum 12 hours. Total $1,080. Zero on a line means they did not name a third thing, or you will not put it on this invoice. Zero is a number you typed, not a claim that every bundle has exactly three SKUs.
Third preset: you typed 6 + 6 + 6 at the same $90. Sum 18 hours. Total $1,620. An even split is a digit set you chose. This page did not pick 6 as a market, a “typical package,” or a three-for-two rule.
This page will not mill “bundle = 10% off”
Blogs love a tidy “package the three and knock 10%.” That percent is not a law and not what this card computes. (8 + 4 + 2) × $90 is $1,260. Ten percent off that total would be $1,134 — and that haircut is not here. If $1,260 is already in their inbox and the reply is “less,” do not re-run this adder. Carry $1,260 to the discount card and type the share they named. Keep and off print there. This machine never multiplies by 0.90. Stack first. Haircut later, on the other card, if you haircut at all. A bundle is not a coupon.
There is also no “buy two get the third at half.” Line C at 2 hours is 2 hours. Type 1 if you are giving half of that line away on purpose. This card will not invent the half for you.
This card is not a one-job quote, a slice-off, a tiny-job floor, or a cap
This is not one brief with a risk buffer. A project quote is (production hours + meetings + revisions) × floor × (1 + a buffer you type) on quote a project. That page hides the hourly math and adds 15–35% for mess. This page names three clocks and stops at the product. No buffer. If they only have one job, leave this card and quote that job. If they named three deliverables and want one PO, stay here. Do not paste a 20% buffer into hours A “because packages are messy.” Mess on one job still lives on quote-a-project.
This is not money off a PDF that already left. Discount starts after a number exists and they want that number smaller. This adder is how the number gets built when the ask is three lines. Once $1,260 is in their inbox, a slice-off is a later email and a later card.
