6 sessions × (1h call + 0.5h prep + 0.25h messaging) + 2h onboarding at a $90 floor is $1,125.00. Materials start at $0.
Hours are sessions × (call + prep + messaging) + onboarding + wrap-up. The opening inputs are 6 × (1 + 0.5 + 0.25) + 2 + 0 = 12.5 hours. The package is those hours × the $90 floor × (1 − discount%) , then materials added once. 12.5 × $90 = $1,125.00. Per session that is $187.50. The floor is the number you enter. This page does not look up a coaching market.
Materials are added after the discounted labor, not multiplied by the session count. Type 50 in materials and the package becomes $1,175.00. Type 150 and it becomes $1,275.00, or $212.50 per session. A workbook, a printed plan, or a software seat stays a separate line so it does not hide inside the hourly floor.
A commitment discount reduces the labor line only. Twelve sessions, wrap-up of 1 hour, and a 10% discount is 24 hours and a package of $1,944.00, or $162.00 per session, before materials. Change one box at a time so you can see which input moved the total.
An offered price is a check, not an add-on. An offer of $900 on the opening 12.5 hours is $72.00 per hour, which is below the $90 floor, and the note says so. Leave the offer blank and the price stays the floor math. If sessions are 0, the hours are onboarding plus wrap-up only, and the per-session line is hidden so the page does not divide by zero.
A package is one number the client sees, $1,125.00 on the opening inputs, instead of six separate invoices. If the client asks for a seventh session, add one to the sessions box. If they ask for notes between calls, put that time in messaging hours and quote the new total.
