4 episodes × 3.75h × $90 = $1,350.00 a month ($337.50 per episode).
This second box is the old episodes × finished minutes × dollars per minute path. The $2 rate is a number you enter, not a rule. It does not replace the hourly floor above.
Edit hours are raw minutes × the edit ratio ÷ 60. Episode hours add show notes and QA. The opening line is 60 × 2.5 ÷ 60 = 2.5 edit hours, plus 0.75 + 0.5 = 3.75 hours. At $90 that is $337.50 per episode and $1,350.00 for 4 episodes. The ratio is yours. This page does not publish an industry edit ratio.
An offer of $200 on a 45-minute finished episode is $53.33 per hour and $7.50 per finished minute. Thirty raw minutes at a ratio of 3, with 0.5 notes hours, 0.25 QA hours, a $75 floor, and 8 episodes is 2.25 hours, $168.75 an episode, and $1,350.00 a month. An offer of $100 on that case is $44.44 per hour. If raw minutes, notes, and QA are all zero, the price is $0.00 and the offer line stays hidden.
A photo or video shoot is a different quote. Photo shoot quote opens at $2,275.00. Video shoot quote opens at $3,220.00. This page stays the audio edit.
Other job calculators: coaching package ($1,125.00), speaking fee, billing increment, and quote a project. The day rate guide opens at $665. Per-image price opens at $9.00.
