This is a sold card — a Pokémon single, a Magic rare, a Yu-Gi-Oh! secret — not a vinyl LP, not a used amp, not a consigned sofa. Official Help (updated 22 Aug 2026) for a Marketplace Seller (Level 1–4 Account) is two cuts: a 10.75% Marketplace Commission on order subtotal, capped at $75 per product sold, then a Transaction Fee of 2.5% of items + shipping + tax + $0.30. You type both. Keep = sale − TCGPlayer commission you type − payment you type. A $1,000 chase dual does not pay 10.75% all the way up — the cap is per card. A $0.50 bulk common still eats the $0.30 flat. That stack is not eBay’s category final-value table (different marketplace, not a vs-clone).

Two bases. Commission is “order subtotal.” Transaction is explicitly items + shipping + tax. The BinderPOS commissions article (same Help site, updated 26 May 2026) spells subtotal as item amount + shipping costs and says cash/debit commission does not include tax — credit-card processing does. Empty tax on this card is $0, not an invented Illinois rate.
Envelope postage you charge sits in the commission subtotal (item + shipping, per the BinderPOS restatement) and in the 2.5% transaction base. “Free shipping” baked into a higher sticker still pays 10.75% of that sticker plus 2.5% of it. Undercharging the envelope is a double hit: you eat the stamp, and TCGPlayer still skims the shipping dollar you did put on the order. Help does not say how a shared envelope splits across the $75 per-product cap — qty > 1 with shipping is planning, not a settlement screenshot.

$75 ÷ 0.1075 = $697.67 is where one product’s 10.75% would overtake the cap. A NM dual that clears a grand is not a 10.75% story all the way up — TCGPlayer stops at $75 on that card. Help’s own cap example: two $1,000 cards → $150 commission, $75 each, not 10.75% of $2,000. Source: the same fees article, restated on How to Understand Commissions and Fees.
The $0.30 flat does the opposite damage. On a fifty-cent common it is most of the sale. That is a card-shop bulk problem, not a furniture consignment cliff and not a vinyl $0.10 minimum. Direct’s cheap-card tier (below) exists because marketplace Level 1–4 is a bad machine for pennies.

Copied from the Marketplace Fees table on TCGplayer Fees. International transaction fee on that page: 3.5% + $0.30. International (non-US) sellers paid through PayPal: 2% processing, capped at $20.00, taken as an account adjustment — a third line this two-cut card will not invent.
Do not type 11.75% as “Pro.” Pro is 9.25% commission and a 2.5% Pro fee, each capped at $75 per product. On a $1,000 card that is $75 + $25 = $100, not min(11.75% × $1,000, $75) = $75. This keep card has two typed lines and one $75 clamp. Paste the Pro dashboard if that is your account.
Direct is TCGPlayer pulling the card from a Direct warehouse, not you stuffing an envelope. Official Direct Fee / Direct SRC on the fees article:
Direct commission on the same table is 8.95%, cap $75 per item, and the Direct transaction number is 2.5% with no $0.30. This page’s default is still Level 1–4 marketplace. We will not drop $1.12 or 50% into the keep card as if every sold single were Direct. Type 8.95 / 2.5 / empty flat if you are Direct on a card above that band — and add the $1.12 yourself; the two-line formula will not invent a third official cut.
Gap: the fees article uses < $2.49 and > $2.49, which leaves an exact $2.49 sticker unnamed. A later Direct Fee article on the same Help site uses $0.40–$2.49 vs $2.50 and up. This page will not pick a $2.495 rule. Check the Direct line on the order.
Official transaction fee includes tax in the percent base when tax is collected. Official marketplace commission, on the BinderPOS restatement, does not include tax for cash/debit. Help does not publish a state table. Empty tax on this card = not modeled. If your dashboard skims 2.5% of a tax dollar you never keep, paste that tax into the tax field so the payment line matches the receipt — do not ask this page for Cook County.
Bankers Rounding is how TCGPlayer says it rounds fees (nearest even on a 5). This card rounds to two decimals the ordinary way. A $0.01 fight with the payout is a dashboard fight, not a missing percent.
