Default 2000 mi × $2.00 → $2,133.33 keep
You type every percent. Fuel uses round2 like other hubs.
Default first paint: revenue $4,000. Total miles 2200 (2000 loaded + 200 deadhead). Fuel gallons = 2200/6 = 366.666… Fuel$ = round2(2200/6 × $4.00) = $1,466.67. Dispatch 10% you type of $4,000 = $400.00. Factoring first paint $0 (1.0% only if you pick Outgo Card; not all-invoice default). KEEP = 4000 − 1466.67 − 400 − 0 = $2,133.33. KEEP/loaded mile = 2133.33/2000 = $1.07. You type every percent. Not a DAT or factoring quote.
