Default first paint: KEEP $94.80. Official txn 2% + Payments US standard 2.9%+$0.30. Fee = 0.02×100 + (0.029×100 + 0.30) = $2.00 + $3.20 = $5.20. KEEP = 100 − 5.20 = $94.80.
